I participated in an event honoring Shigeaki Hinohara’s 102nd birthday today.

He is one of the world’s longest-serving physicians and educators.

This event began with Shigeaki Hinohara’s speech entitled “Freddie Tells Us the Meaning of Life” , and then the musical production “Happa no shiki Freddie” (meaning Freddie and the Seasons of Leaves) ” began.

This story tells about the circle of life through the life of the main character (Freddie).
The warm and simple story help us to easily share about life and death with our family members.

By the way, Madoka Tsutsumi, who is a colleague of us, played a girl in this musical production.
I was impressed great acting and singing of her.
I was moved to tears.
(to be continued later)
